Breast milk, the main weapon against allergies in infants

Breast Milk turns out to be the main weapon dealing with allergies. Diseases caused by allergies are intimately connected with the durability of your child's body. It is said by the Chief of Paediatric, Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division Dr. v. Haunersches Kinderspital at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, Germany Prof. Sibylle Koletzko. "Breast milk is the best food for babies," he said.
Breast milk proved to encourage the development of healthy bacteria in the gut, reducing the risk of respiratory or gastrointestinal infections, useful to build a baby's immune system, and the promotion of oral tolerance.

After breastfeeding exclusively for six months, then the companion foods can be given. Food allergy stimulants such as groups of incentive crab and shrimp, peanuts, seafood, eggs and dairy cows could be started. The goal is to cause tolerance.

However, this action is also coupled breastfeeding. Variations of different food sources in large quantities can be given in the second half of the year. The introduction of food that was postponed at a later date not delay exposed to the risk of allergy.

If breastfeeding cause allergies, suggested giving formula partial hydrolysis with 100 percent whey protein. Allergy is one disease that is passed down genetically.
.
In the early 1970s Koletzko said, the prevalence of allergies in general ranges from less than 10 percent. But this time the prevalence of allergy ranged from 20 percent to 30 percent. This means that the prevalence increased 3-fold.

Genetic factors, diet, lifestyle, and cigarette smoke during pregnancy can increase the risk of allergies in children. Frequency of genetic risk ranged from 20 percent to 85 percent. At an early age, the signs of an allergic reaction are skin disorders (rash) and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract channels (vomiting).

With increasing age, major allergic reactions are on the respiratory system such as asthma and rhinitis. For these types of allergies, allergy-causing ingredients vary widely. Includes food, dust, animal dander, pollen, mite infestation
